I recently moved to Courtney Manor. So far I am very pleased with my apartment, the staff, and the Community as a whole. Elizabeth, the Manager, has done a lot for me and I am very impressed with her and her staff. The commuinty is very clean. I also enjoy how quiet it is here. I feel very much at home here! I am VERY IMPRESSED with my 1st month's electric bill!!!! I assume it was so low in price because of the insulation here, because it wasn't due to me conserving!! I moved from an apartment where I was paying outrageous electrice bills.
