I am thinking about moving here, and I was wanting to know what the average electric bill is for someone who lives in a 2/2. Thanks for the feedback

I have a 2bdrm, 2bath, 1092 Sq ft and I have been so impressed with my electric bills. In no way do I conserve electricity and my bill last month was $62.95. We must be well insulated here because we are newly built. Co-serve is the electric company.

--------. We spent over $200 a month in almost every month of the year and we are very careful to conserve energy. We are in a 1092 sq ft 2x2, also. In the winter you cannot keep the cold out and in the summer you simply cannot keep it cool easily. The last post is obviously from the office. It's amazing how they troll this site. This site is supposed to help people choose an apartment and the office staff always posting as other people is NOT right and not helpful.

Yeah, we freeze all winter and burn up all summer. And we pay well over $1000 in rent alone.

I recently moved from a 2/2 and I paid anywhere from $75.00 to $100.00 for electric but I was also recently pregnant and need plenty of air conditioning. I have also paid as much as $150.oo though. Hope this helps.

My highest in the 2/2 1092 sq ft apt. has been around 185? the lowest has been around $65. I keep my A/C on at 68-70 degrees about 10 months of the year, for a medical condition. I've not had any problems keeping my place cool, the direction that the apartment faces also makes a big difference.
