I have lived in apartments most of my adult life, and this was the worst experience I have ever had.
The walls are too thin.
You hear everything.
The duct work is very poor, odorās from the neighbors foods or sewage waft and consume the air where you want to vomit.
Some neighbors are really bad about picking up their animals poop, and when it is from a large dog.
Ahh yuck!!
They charge $5.00 extra a month to have your trash picked up.
Are you kidding me, for what they charge for rent, trash pick up should be a courtesy.
I put my trash out on time, but the staff did not see it until after time was up and they left me a very nasty letter.
I have never been in a complex that leaves so many notes on the door.
For several months there were construction workers re cocking the brick, why wasnāt it done correctly the first time.
Iāll tell you, because this complex looks nice but is very poorly constructed.
If your front door slams shut, it shakes all the walls.
The blinds are cheap in quality.
My hot water heater broke with in one year, are you kidding me.
And the guy sent to fix it did not do it right the first or the second time.
He was rude.
He used my bathroom, and left the seat up.
Then they want to send me to collections for replacing all of the carpet.
The bill was over $900.00.
they have not heard of steam cleaning.
I really advise any one who is looking to live in this complex to keep looking.
I though I would spend some money on myself and live in a nice neighborhood, in a fabulous apartment, but at this place you DONāT get what you pay for.

Well lets see you knew what the rent was when you signed up for the apartment. It is not the office's fault about the construction they didn't build the place. Oh and i am sure that if they had to replace your carpet it must have been nasty. I have been here since they opened and they have cleaned my carpet several times it still looks brand new. It sounds like to me you messed up your apartment and don't want to take the responsabilty for it and blame it on other people who are perfectly nice people in the office. It's like all the pet comments if you let your pet pee in the floor duh carpet has to be replaced it smells i wouldn't move into an aparmtent that the carpet is crapy.
