when i moved there i sign 1yr lease with ------ the rep was new there the manager --------- at the time called us told us to come over resign the rep forgot to sign in current places so assuming it was the same lease we agreed to and took home with us she switch the lease changed it to 14month lease and i brought it to her attention and brought my copy and manger ----- said that wasnt there lease so i guess i drew it myself ya right those are some scheming women that work there THEY CANT BE TRUSTED to make it worse i paid 300depoist when i moved in they have found a way to keep it after i clean that apartment from top to bottom the new guy said we caused smoke demage from smoking in there they have to get oxy machine to get it out and $75 a day it would take 3days to clean do the math. I called for corp.num they told me --------- the bit--- that got over on me is corp.regional person that handle complaints why would i want to del with her and refused to give me the num to the realcorp office. walls are paper thin hear everything going on in the next apartment crickets are bad cheap paint anything that touches it stains it dont touch the blinds to much they will break cheap apartment seem they throw them up to make a quick buck

Elena is the reason I will not renew my lease. This is not surprising to me at all.

It's ----- and she is wonderful I have never dealt with a nicer person of coarse I have never paid my rent late and oh yeah i read leagal documents before I sign them. I mean imagine that they hold you to what you sign what business in the world would do that....give me a break!

I find it interesting that a person who clearly can't speak or even complete a simple sentence believes they come off as someone who is intelligent enough to form a reliable opinion that would be of some use to anyone. As someone who has lived happily at Courtney Manor for many months, I would suspect this review falls on many closed ears.
