I will not be renting here again and I advice everyone to really think hard before renting here.
The apartments do have great square footage but the noise above me and all the problems with pets. I would live here. At first site, the apartments seem great until you have lived here for a while and notice the sub-standard work and quality of products used in construction.(Walk around some of the building and you will even see the paint flaking off of some of the building, chimneys are leaking and not being fixed, carpet is not up to grade and you will be charged for it when you leave because you have traffic areas, etc.) I have met many of my neighbors who are having maintaince problems and the staff are not resolving them unless you go to the corporate level.
As for the head maintaince guy who will remain nameless, he gives me the creeps all the time. I feel as if he is undressing you with his eyes all the time no matter what. In addition, I feel very uncomfortable at the pool when he is there because he is always staring. The staff is a nightmare and they have a high turn over of leasing personal as of late.
PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU RENT HERE.

Okay this is crap! Ya know it really amazes me the things you people say and think. This whole website, is based upon angry past or current residents that either didnt get their way or was charged for something that made them angry. Something will tick you off so you decide to trash the whole community. Courtney Manor is a great community, and the staff is "new" to you but the thing is, the majority if them have been here since day 1!!! I can count 7 of them right now that are the original people that have been here. Now tell me again about the high turnover? I believe the people there that didnt know what they were doing arent there anymore, and you are angry about that? Hmmm might wanna re-think it. The people there KNOW what they are doing. As for the "creepy" maintenance guy?! What are you talking about. Just because you dont know someone, and they dont speak to you doesnt mean they are creepy? Staring at you in the pool, well he has to look out for the common areas such as the pool Im sure so that idiots that like to bring GLASS bottles to the pool wont do so. Thats for YOURS and EVERYONE elses safety! Courtney Manor is one of the BEST communities in PLANO!

The staff has completely changed! The only people who are still there are the both of the managers and the head maintenance man. Everyone else has completely changed over. I have been living in the community since it was first built. The staff does have little to no knowledge, but I don't think the community is horrible. I really like the community. I do think the walls are really thin and you can hear everything that your neighbor is doing. I have not been charged anything. I still live in the community. I am on time with my rent... This is just my opinion.
