i think the complex is really pretty. and so was the inside of my apartment. but i could hear every single thing the people above me and next to me were doing. from walking around, to cooking, to talking on the phone! the building structure is awful. the gym could be febreezed every now and then and the heated pool is NOT heated. the business center is always full of loud obnoxious kids who throw their trash everywhere and make a mess. the little 'resident activities' they have are pretty lame and it just consists of the office team acting like itdiots and standing outside smoking. maintenance was great. they always took care of whatever i needed asap. now the office staff, thats a completely different story. excuse my language but.. -------!! when you first move in they seem to care and are friendly. until money in hand. after that its like pulling teeth to get anyone to talk to you in a nice tone. the manager alana is probably the worst. she has a really bad attitude and just thinks shes gods gift. she interrupts and wont listen to what you have to say. i could have put up with the noise since i wasnt home the majority of the time, but i didnt renew my lease soley based on the office staff. my friend lives at one of their other complexes in frisco and she has the same problem there. except they are morons and the property looks like ----. fyi- stay away from that management company.

Poor Poor you it is always the fact you don't get what you want which normally is unreasonable to begin with and it is someone elses fault! Here is another center of the universe syndrome. Wow this site really doesn't help anyone because if you look at other apartments it's all the same, it is a haven for people that think it is ok to degrade people that they have no idea who they really are but can form an opinion and display it as if it really matters! You don't matter....

Ok I finally had to respond to these random rants. The fact of the matter is this is a place for OPINIONS! These are all opinions of perspective tenants or previous tenants. They are meant to be personal experiences of whoever wrote them. Of course they are going to sound like the person feels like they are the center of the universe. As far as the comments are concerned, THEY ARE!! If you don't like what people are saying then visit the complex and see how things are for yourself, and let the rest of us get back to researching potential places to live.

I agree with the person that posted this review. When I first moved into the apartment, management/office staff spoke in a very caring/nice tone....again until money is in hand. They are okay with maintaining the property and fixing things as needed; however I am not renewing my lease again because of the noise issues of my neighbors. It's not their fault that the insulation at this complex sucks... When I first moved there, I actually thought that someone was in my apartment for the first couple of weeks there-because you can hear ABSOLUTELY everything that your neighbors are doing!!!
