The worst ripp off!!

At first the staff was pretty friendly but after you gave them your money everything changed.
Let's start with Elena, when I first moved in she was just a leasing agent and got promoted to Manager..
she let that go to her head real quick.
Complete 360 and I forget the other girls name (I think Lindsey) who was married until she started sleeping with ED the very purverted maintenance guy and she let that go to her head like he was a trophy or something.
The pool is advertised as heated but its never heated b/c it costs too much money.
For the price they charge for rent that should of been included.
When I moved out, I had my carpet steamed cleaned, cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and took pictures for my records.
A month later I received a bill for $2500 for a dirty apartment and carpet and telling me they had pics to prove the damage.
I told them I also had pics and proof and they said my pics would not count in court only theirs.
Does that make sense' My neighbor moved out around the same time but we kept in touch, he had a large dog who literally ripped the carpet off the floor an dleft his apt dirty but he got his deposit money back ..
Maybe cause he always flirted with the prostitutes in the office.
In the end, they dropped the collection charges b/c I had receipts of carpet cleaning and pics and I wa sready to go to court and fight them but they still kept my deposit.
Please be smart and don't move here.

Sounds like you are a lazy person who didnt clean your apartment and now want to blame it on someone because of course it couldn't have been your fault you were charged for things you damaged!! It's funny when something goes wrong it must be because the girls are sleeping with someone (prostitutes) to get ahead in the business world, like you are the center of the universe and all they have time to do is worry only about screwing you over!! Give me a brake this site is just for degrading good people who are just doing there job and is useless in helping people find a place to live as it was designed to.

If you notice every single negative comment this apt. complex has received has a response posted under it. Could it be the girls in the office trying to defend their hard working, dedicated selfs? Next time, don't make it so obvious that it's you ladies trying to cover your lazy asses. How does the person that wrote this review sound lazy to you when they state everything was cleaned and they have proof? Just an observation ladies ....

I honestly dont think you should post comments about people if you dont even know them, of course every resident tries to make the office staff look horrible no matter WHAT COMMUNITY you live in, it ALWAYS happens believe me I think you would get used to it. As for you keeping in touch with your neighbors, I would exactly trust everything they say either, did you see proof that this person recieved their deposit? I also think you should worry about "your own" deposit instead of someone else's, remmeber everyone's situation is different. Seems to me like you have too much time on your hands to worry about every little thing. AND CAN SOMEONE PLEASE answer to why people on here comment about the perverted maintenance guy? WHATS THE DEAL? Did he do something to you or are you just plain ignorant?! Why dont you respond to that for me. :)

I have read a number of the negative reviews posted about this site. I do agree, for every negative post, someone has quickly responded, defending the complex. Particularly the management. For starters, the "anonymous" person that is so quick to lash out against former tenants should learn how to spell. Second, build a bridge. Lastly, what's wrong with having a couple of prostitutes working the front office, if in fact they are prostitutes? I can't wait to see the response to this post. I'm actually talking to this complex now about moving in.

The maintenance guy is not a perv, he's actually really sweet and friendly. He's just bald, get over yourselves. I am a resident and these "prostitutes" that used to work in the office were a hell of a lot better than what's in there now. One doesn't speak english, one doesn't shower daily, and the other is just a moron. The management doesn't give a ---- about resident needs, just about where the next drink is and the other about her baby. DO NOT MOVE HERE

We lives there in '08. These people (the management) were wonderful. They addressed every need we had in the apt(spiders, basic stuff) promptly and were always courteous. (and I have never worked for the company!)

I think you're just jealous because the maintenance guy wouldn't stick it to you, too. Also, I can't believe you would call them prostitutes, because I NEVER saw any money change hands.

I can't agree more. Staff is horrible. And the maintainance we really bad. There is dog poop everywhere. nasty.
