There are a few things that need attention...

I relocated here in 2006 and had a great experience w/the then Manager Elizabeth. The day I moved in I noticed my apartment wasn't as tidy as it should have been. She had someone come over the next day to have it cleaned throughly! Great response. However, with lots of companies these days. There does appear to be a high turn over with the Staff-Alanna was the last Manager, now its Sondra I think' I once got a notice that I wasn't picking up after my pet. LOL - I don't have a pet. I simply called them and they apologized for the mix up. Granted, they could have looked at my lease to view that first. But, these things happen w/new employees. I then had a problem twice with the plumbing in the bathroom. But, on a Sunday they sent over some folks who fixed it quickly who were still in their Sunday clothes! Great Response. Now, granted they had to come back the next day a complete some small things. But, it got done! I also had asked to be placed on a waiting list to move to a larger unit. They forgot several times to do this. I've called them lots of times to follow up but, it appears they keep forgetting to do this. That's bothersome. So, I just call now every month to check. The young lady that lived next to me at times could be loud but not often. Everyone that lives around me are very nice and we all visit from time to time. We even keep a eye out on each other. The grounds don't look as nice as they did in 2006. They could use some "freshin" up in places. The thing that is very bothersome on my evening walks is: the people who have lots of trash on their patios. I mean someone has a COUCH out there! Some folks have christmas lights still up and its MAY! Someone has even placed FOIL in their window! That is what trashes up a nice place to live. I do feel that the staff should address these few areas. I can't comment on the pool I have never used it. But, the work out room does need some more equipment and sometimes small kids are left unattended. However, I love the indoor court! The mail area as of late has had lots of paper and trash around it. I think a trash container near should help with that. Finally, it does seem like over the last few months...when you call the office everyone tells you something different. So, you must write down whom you spoke to and etc. Overall, I think its a nice place to live. You just have to take the bad with the good. I still reside here and still plan on moving to a larger unit when something comes up.
