When I moved in here, I was pleased with the pricing and with the idea of having a direct access garage with my apartment.

But I've since learned that the garage is not only convenient, it comes with two added features: You can hear any noise at all from someone in the parking area, and my utility bills skyrocketed from the other apartments I've lived in.

The Manager, Tricia, refuses to send someone over to check the weatherstripping, telling me I'm overreacting.

Also, I can smell cigarette smoke in my home every day.

My lease is up next month, and I've already signed a new contract at the apartments next door. They cost more, but I have friends who live there and tell me I'll save a ton on my utility costs. Also, they are much quieter and the staff is apparently much nicer to you when you have a problem.

I've lived at other complexes owned by Equity (the ppl that own this one) and was treated very well! Moving here, however, was a bad idea.
