Misled and disappointed

Looks nice on the outside. I was looking for a quiet place, close to my place of employment and high speed internet access was a must have. Was promised all that by management, but a week after I moved in, I found that my unit was not eligible for high speed internet access. So I was informed that I could simply move out within the first 30 days if I wasn't satisfied. I would never have "moved in", had the management been honest with me upfront. They falsely misrepresented the availability of high speed internet access, blaming the provider instead of accepting the responsibility themselves. Additionally, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. It's not the neighbor's fault that they are loud because there are 3 small children living above me. Not to mention the plumbing problems - leaking / dripping sounds that wake me out of a deep sleep. Whenever there is water running above me it is extremely apparent. Thought I would get used to the noise, but that's not happening. And the heat/air unit also makes more noise than central heat and air should. There are a variety of bugs to include silverfish, spiders, worms, centipedes and ants.
One would think that having happy renters would be the goal. She knew I was looking for QUIET, and she also knew about the noise level around me. She was probably just trying to make her goals and could care less about the resident after they have signed a lease. Management is all talk and no action.
