I've written reviews before and they've been removed. I find that to be funny.

Bottom line - don't live here. Simple as that. There are too many other places that want your business.

I live there in 2006 or something around that time. I had many many problems with just about everything. Ants, poor service, attempted scam during move out, you name it. The actual grounds are pretty decent. I read a review about electricity bills being high. That's no joke. I had a two bedroom and I was paying in the high 200's every month. Now I have a larger unit and I seldom cross over 150.

I've heard there is a new property manager who is reasonable, but judging by the reviews I've seen, the bad apples on staff are still there.

Whoooaaa!! I was actually thinking you were a reliable "rater" until you stated that they send "--------" to your maintenance requests. Funny, I thought I lived in the UNITED States of America (where unless you are of Native American descent you "arrived" like everyone else) & not the ARYAN States of America...Come on, now maybe if you said they sent someone who was inexperienced to do the job, but instead you consider their skin color more of a priority. Its SAD that your type of thinking still exists in this day & age. Hope you don't come across someone (whose skin color is different than yours) w/ your same thinking in a time of need! By the way, my 15 yr old neice is 1/2 "mexican" & she has ALOT more intelligence than you do...
