This was the first complex I've ever had a problem with. The buildings and furnishings were OK, but the management is awfull. I complained frequently about the bugs, but nothing was ever done. I had silverfish and ants and I also killed several Brown Recluse spiders! Noise was a constant problem and management did nothing about it. They also didn't see a problem with placing a family with 3 kids in the apartment above me. The management is rude and spoke down to me several times when I made complaints, commenting that I "didn't understand the issues" and at one point calling me a liar. I will not stay in another property owned by this company.
