My heating and AC bills are huge.. the walls are paper thin. I can hear everything anyone says inside my apt who stands outside talking. Tricia the manager is rude, doesn't follow up and blames the tenant for any problems.. Most the office personal are rude, inexperienced and could careless. I have had horrible odors, like paint and varnish coming from my neighbors garage and coomplained for nine months.. the manaagement does nothing and tells me I'm overreacting when I got so sick off the fumes that I had to go to a doctor.. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE.. they care nothing about their tenants...

I was in apt 2424...the man next to me varnished, stained and did things in his apt and garage that caused odors to inflitrate my apt for nine months and the management did nothing. I got violently ill, my eyelids peeled and I was sick for five months.. do not move into this building ... the fumes are in the whole ventilation system..

The garage doors are so loud that it sounds like a construction site. The apts are terribly built and they need to do some major work on them but they don't they just keep lying about how quiet it is then tenants get in and there is no peace. YOu hear everything that goes on and it's horrible. Do not move in this place.

my garage door here is terribly noisy too, i've had them come fix it several times but it never gets better. and here we are going into the winter months so i'm getting ready to pawn everything i own to pay the heating bills again.
