I've been here since 2003, and this is the first time I've read these boards. My experience has been clearly different from some of the negative posts (which I'm conviced are a few personally unhappy people). In my time here, I've not met one neighbor who hasn't loved living here. My apartment has been the best place I've ever lived. My children have made new friends, I've felt safe, and I've met some great people. The office has always been more than helpful, and many times have gone above and beyond when I needed help (letting my children in after school, letting them wait out a storm in the office, carrying packages to my apartment for me, etc.). And, on top of it all, the maintenance is great. They're fast and get it right the first time.

you must be the one with the loud children or actually you can hear everything that goes on through the thin walls. There is no insulation in the walls. And the utility bills are over the top. Or are you an employee telling lies so people will rent here.
