Equity Residential and they are liars and do not care about their tenants. They will lie when you move in to get you to sign a lease, will lie to you if you have any compaints while living there and when you move out they will lie and keep your deposit. They do not care about you after you sign the lease. They have no integrity and there are many who feel this way and who have set up websites telling about and warning others about what happened to them while living in this ill run and horiibly built complex. Do not lease here unless you like to be harrassed by the management for doing nothing. And they will make your life miserable because they don't care about their tenants. And they will not let you out of your lease. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life and I have lived in apts all over the U.S. I will never rent from an Equity Property ever again and I offered a warning to anyone who is thinking about doing so. DONT!
