Can't keep my apt warm in the Winter or cool in the Summer. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up and going to a better built complex. The management is non-caring and non-responsive.

Wondering about Creekside Homes in Legacy Apartments in Plano, Texas? IMPORTANT: If you are looking for an apartment in Plano, Texas that will treat you with any respect or consideration then stay away from Creekside Homes in Legacy located at 3600 Windcrest Drive. My wife and I have lived here for 3= years and have had a problem with leakage in the apartment that was first reported over two years ago and it still has not been appropriately fixed. Before you decide to rent from these people read on... Our experience with the folks at Creekside Homes of Legacy: We asked for CREEKSIDE HOMES IN LEGACY to fix a water leak in our apartment that has been present practically since we moved in and approximately four months later they painted over the water stained walls and explained that they would fix the source of the leak immediately. Four months later, after a minimal rain, we noticed that the walls were still seeping water and now the water was coming in through the chimney. Seven months later the stain is bigger than ever, the leak is still present, and they have done nothing to resolve the problem. What really bothers me about the leakage is the possibility of black mold. I could understand the management of any apartment trying to save some money over small problems but what does it say about management that is willing to risk the health of its renters to save some money? This says a lot to me and it is the main reason that I created this warning web site. If perhaps we can save some people from living in an apartment complex that obviously cares nothing about the health of its renters then we feel as though we have done a service. Offered an olive branch but they still don't get it. LOG OF EVENTS TO ALL THOSE THAT ARE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE RENTERS OF CREEKSIDE HOMES IN LEGACY: Are you also having water leakage in any part of your apartment? We know of two other renters that had leakage that the management was not willing to fix appropriately so we know there must be others as well. We are also wondering about the renters that live(d) in the building that the chimney collapsed on. Please contact us at: williams@creeksidehomes.com |

This guy was my neighbor and he moved over two years ago. I never had the problems he and his wife did. Don't know anyone else that has either.
