its as cold as if being outside and the heat runs constantly. My heating bill is going to be so high that I won't have Xmas. when my lease it up .I'm gone and do yourself a favor and don't move in here It is loud and smelly

I agree with you. I'm going into my 2nd winter at the complex and the heater will not shut off and you wont' get warm. if you turn it off (as mgmt suggested i do when i am gone) and turn it on 24 hours later, it will honestly take all night for it to warm up. for this most recent month, my electric bill went up $100. and this is just the start of the winter months.
