I enjoyed it at first,then the coyotes kept me up at night with the noise they make.The management makes existing and new move ins to show proof of $50,000.00 liability insurance so they wont be responsible for pipes that bust inside the walls. Also the fitness area has exercise stuff go missing and the pools are for toddlers not adults.
The facilities go into the apartments way too often..always something..im moving in 2006....

They are making residents carry insurance for two reasons. One, they are trying to sell insurance, a new source of income and augments the expenditures that they know are coming with such a poorly built stucture. The other, the complex is built like crap. Stay away from this place and all Equity Properties, if you are smart.
