Whenever there is negative comments about this apartment, someone jumps out and tries to defend it.
Common !!!! Give me a break.
Who has that much of free time to keep checking the comments on this board ' Satisfied customer ''' The satisfied ones probably don't even know such a site exists. Therefore those nice comments are fishy, very fishy.
On the other hand, the negative comments really give u an idea about this place. It may be subjective, but it is someone's true living experience.
As for myself, I strongly feel the right of tenant is not protected properly by the law. That's why I keep checking this web site to see how many dissatisified customers are out there. When the condition fails to live up to management's claim, there is nothing we can do but to put up with it, and there is something seriously wrong with that.

Maybe nice comments are from nice happy people. I've been here 1 year and 4 months and have nothing but good things to say. Same with most of my other neighbors.

Yeah, nice people aren't whinnng East Coast Part Time Renters with No Life either. I can't ever remember over 2 years the Electric Gate being Down in the Evening or in Disrepair.
