We have lived here on the first floor with a yard for 2 years. We are transfering to another aprtment in this complex on the second floor (need another bedroom). I have had no mice and no roaches. EVER! i have seen mice scurry outside the aprtment and along the gutter but never in my apartment or even my garage. I have had fruit flys in my apartment that became severly annoying but after i started keeping my fruit in the fridge and taking the trash out every single night and doing the dishes every night before i go to sleep they have since diminished. My fiance and I really enjoy it here. I feel sooo safe here. i like the area. i love taking walks around here. i think the leasing consultant "chris" is awesome! she really helped us out with our transfer. i think that if you have roaches in your partment that may be your own fault. roaches only live in dirty places. However i wish this place was more family oriented. there is a lot of kids that live here and they are not allowed to skateboard rollerblade ride bikes. ect... well atleast thats what the flyer said. i think they should allow the kids to be able to do more things in here. My electricity has been very very high we are hoping it is just from the summer.

Your electric bills aren't just from the summer. They are terrible year round.

I lived there for a year & just moved out & TRUST me #1 - the electricity bill has NOTHING to do w/ summer (2 bdrm avgd $200 /month) & #2 - my husband & I (along w/ our neighbors) have seen roaches, silverfish (no mice) throughout the entire year we were there & I didn't have to change my lifestyle (not leaving dirty dishes out, taking trash out every night) as those are things I've ALWAYS done...Believe me you will regret signing that lease b/c once you do you are strictly an apt # to them!!!!
