I agree with the "Buy a House" post. My company put us up here for two months while we relocated. In those short two months, repair people and "others" were constantly in the apartment. The water heater leaked and needed a repair. The agitator in the washer didn't agitate and had to be replaced. The garage door sensor went haywire and wouldn't close properly. The front door lock had to be replaced because it was stuck in lock position and wouldn't unlock. Then the regular maintenance stuff-the filters had to be replaced and the little patio needed new sod grass. I didn't like these strangers coming into my "home" any time they wanted. All this was real creepy to me too and left me afraid.

I don't live at this complex - but do find it strange that every neg. remark is followed by an ANONYMOUS positive one. I believe you guys - I live down the street in another 'not so well-liked' apt. complex. And we have RATS!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't go outside after dark!
