Following are the reasons:
1. We have to pay for renter's insurance. That's just plain ridiculous. Never happened to us before.
2. Like other people said here, there is no privacy. This apartment has all kinds of weird excuses entering our apartment.
3. Thin walls mean high utility bills and noises from neighbors.
4. Pest issues. Never encountered so many pests in my life, both in quantity and in variety.
5. Lousy services. One of the maintance/service people actually tried to help, but the rest are like dont care. Worst ever.

The bottom line is this apartment totally not worths the high rent it is charging. There are much better places out there.

Whaaaaa, sob, sob... another Contract Part-Timer from Glamourville? Almost 3 Years here and never a Bug One. Ben & crew are Top Notch Maint guyz. Gee, they even change AC Filters regularly. If anything, the Staff leaves you alone. Grounds are kept Primo. Residents are conservative, older & out-of-towners... not eclectic. It's not Babeville, Male or Female or Party Central *VERY Few Kids. Neiborhood quiet, as most Anytowne, USA. You won't hear squeeling tires in the lot at 3pm, from a partying stoner or drunk, but most know who the Beatles & Stones are.

That's the most rambling response I've ever read. I lived there for about a year during 2005. All I can say is this: Look at the dates on the posts. There were very few in 2002-2004 and then in 2005, it exploded. The volume doesn't appear to have died down since. I'm not saying anything... I'm just sayin. Think about it.
