Manager, Staff, Accountant - DO NOT RENT HERE!

All need to go back to business school. Regardless of how they think of residents, they ALL need to remember that the resident is still the customer and they can be sued. They signed an agreement with Grande Communications til 2013, which makes them an agent of Grande if they take any commissions or compensation for selling that service. Yet none of them are accountable, and completely deny any responsibility. Equity needs to do a better job in their hiring policies for property management.
In addition, they have circumvented uniform protection in reporting delinquent rents by including water that is billed seperately, but made part of your rent in their systems, allowing them to report you as delinquent on your rent, even if you have paid your rent, and are waiting on you water bill from a third party billing. They and other so called real estate professionals have convinced our leaders in Texas that this is ok to do. Not his kid... Write your congressmen in Austin and tell them that this law must be changed. Management companies must be held accountable for this inequity.
