An apartment locater sent me a list of apartments, and Creekside was one of them. I've read many of the reviews, and noticed that many of the negative reviews have responses from Anonymous.
But if people like Anonymous live in this complex I will NEVER live there. This person is rude, annoying, and I would not be surprised if some member of the staff at the complex is the one making these responses.
1. If it is a member of the staff they are completely unprofessional and do not deserve my business. If they worked at a good complex they wouldn't have to do something like this.
2. Everyone has different experiences. I have read both good and bad reviews, and frankly it isn't normal to have super thin walls, and the pest problems sound pretty bad. Just because Anonymous has had a good experience there doesn't mean others have.
3. Electricity for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment should NEVER be as high as people have been saying. I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and our bill has never been over $200 each month. It is ridiculous for an apartment to be that high. That is a serious problem with the building itself and has nothing to do with the company you get electricity from.
I refuse to live here. I would have at least considered it despite the bad reviews, but because some person ("Anonymous") has decided they have nothing better to do than go around replying to bad reviews, insulting people, I won't even consider this complex. Not everyone is a "whiner", or from "the east coast".

I have posted on this site as anonymous only because I do not want to post my name. I do not have super thin walls and have no pest problems. Not everyone has had this experience...some have had bad experiences. That happens in any apartment complex. I personally have not insulted anyone so you may be speaking about another 'anonymous' poster...unfortunately your post does not address the issues that folks are looking for when seeking an apartment. Sorry you did not decide to try Creekside...it does have it's problems but all and all it is not a bad complex. Best of luck with your search.
