Not much experience.... but know this place SUCKS!!!

I have lived in this awful place for 7 months. I could not be more unhappy. Every time I have stepped foot in their office, aside from when I signed my lease, whether it be to pick up packages or to lodge a complaint, I have had the rudest service ever. I am a waitress. If I treated people the way those "witches" do in the front office, I'd be out of a job so fast!!!
First of all, I had a roomate change and whenever I went to the office to get information, they were all rude. None of them knew what to do and I had to explain what was going on to 3 different people. After 2 months of my old roomate being gone, they STILL had her name on my paperwork/lease.
Second, I was given a lease violation, out of nowhere, for being accused of stealing patio furniture. Everyone in my side of the building was given one aside from the woman below me who was the one complaining. But, the lady was complaining that someone was taking it and putting it back. Let me ask you... who would steal something and put it right back and you NEVER happen to be home when they are walking on your patio' (which is also reason why open patios are a terrible idea) So, to appease one freak-woman, they alienate an entire building and violate 5 apartments leases. Why stop at that' Why don't we just violate the ENTIRE COMPLEX'!'!' When I went down to the office to question this, lovely aparment manager PAMELA was there to be offensively rude, yelling at me across the office. Now, how proffessional is that'
Also, if you had a package delivered to the office, good luck on knowing whether or not you have one. I had a package in the office for 2 weeks before I found out. You think the complex told me' HA! I found out from the UPS lady who had been at my door 20 mins earlier delivering me a package.
Then, I bounced a check, but did not know it. Granted, that's my fault. But, you'd think the complex would let one know this before you've accumulated $125 in late charges and fees!!!! AN ENTIRE WEEK LATER!!!! When my boyfriend went in to ask a simple question on how to take care of this matter, he came out feeling retarded and hurried out and did not have a single question answered.
I could go on and on about how awful the people in the front office are, but I think I've gotten it across. The microwaves are from 1970 with plastic knobs and the oven is almost as bad. I've never seen a microwave so old. The kitchens need an update.
I had speedy maintenance requests and the maintenence men are very nice, harldy speak English but understand pretty well. But, that's not worth living with being made to feel stupid every time you walk in the office for anything. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. Pam should be fired. That woman is the most unfriendly and rude person I swear I have ever met. The rest are right behind her. Too bad i still have 6 months left of my hellacious 13 month lease. This makes me wary to ever sign a year lease again. And this is my first apartment experience. I just hope they all aren't like this.
