We just relocated to the Plano area from Louisiana, and I have to say that I was very impressed with this community.

The complex is beautiful with nice brick apartments and fenced in yards.

I was a bit sceptical moving in that there would be some extra "hidden fees" or somethink they had "forgotten" to tell us about, but everything went very smoothly.

The fitness center and pool are very nice and well kept and I feel very safe here (there is a couple who works for the police department that live here and patrol the area).

Also, if you have dogs, this is a great place for them, there is ample play space including a lake with a pavillion and plenty of paw friends for them to meet.

So far, I've found this place to be great.

The bad reviews probably come from the people who break their lease or don't pay there rent.

You must be responsible, if you sign a contract, you have to stick to it or suffer the consequences.
