My new fellings:
My car was broken into on July 11, 2007 at 11:15pm in front of building 5.

Nothing was taken.

Next day I went to the office to inform them and to see if they could warn the tenants about this but nothing was done.

I asked the resident manager why there was no fence on the South side of the complex and her response was " I don't know it was like that when I gat here" I would have thought she would have said she'd try to find out and maybe do something to get this place more secure.

Needless to say my lease expires at Jan 31, 2008 and I have no plans to renew.

I've lived here since Aug 2004, and while the new management staff is pleasant just like the ones before it, they suck at communication.

The electric bill here is too high, so is this new communal water payment system that we are now using.

Lastly the gym equipment nedds changing.

Gym equipment nedds updating especially the treadmills, They have become dangerous.
