If you have only been here one month, how on earth could you possibly know how this property has been managed in the past and is being managed now' That is a pretty short amount of time to be stating a fairly solid and factual opinion. Give it some time, Missy. ...And I am sure the staff has been very helpful and sweet to you...that is really nice...and...might I add, that is YOUR opinion...and we all have them. Furthermore, no one is living in the past and taking their frustrations from the old management on to the new management. When I first moved here (and I have been here for a long time now) the old management was pretty awesome and did a super job managing this property and taking care of their tenants. The new management stinks...and if there are any people with frustrations, that is why. People ARE judging the apartments on what is happening in the present...and there isn't much of anything happening in the present. Take a good, hard look at the property and you will clearly see that.

The property is completely run down, the landscaping is atrocious, the paint and wood is chipping everywhere, the staff is not friendly nor accomodating, if you are waiting on a delivery from UPS or FEDEX...and your package HAS been delivered and signed off on in the office...good luck receiving it because it may not be there, there is no on-site officer anymore, there are ant piles and trash all over the grounds all of the time, the noise level is increasing due to the many tenants with dogs who leave them on the balcony or in the garage, the maintenance staff is scarce and nowhere to be found, you put in a maintenance request and they forget to come out or come out days later after being reminded 2 times, the pool and spa area and equipment' - well, that is a complete joke, the electricity is way too high (poor insulation), there are no door alarms any longer, there are no sockets on the balcony, there is no water pipe outside, there is no pest control, the appliances and carpeting are cheap and often break, the property has changed management too many times in the recent past, there is no Care Team anymore, the fitness center is filthy and half the equipment does not work and is falling apart, the business center' -what business center' Have you seen the business center equipment' That is a joke! There is no covered parking (most apartments have this) in addition to the garages...should I go on'''...and they call this place luxury'''!!! You've got to be kidding me!!!

I will continue to tell others not to move here. I am saving for a house...and it will be the most joyous day of my life, when I tell this property - "Good Riddens!"

I whole heartedly agree with your statements above. WHen I moved her in early 2004, this place was lovely. Now everytime you go to the office there is a new face. The packeage issue frustrates me deeply. WE issue our phone numbers so we may be contacted but no one ever does. I had a package remain in the office for over a month until the sender asked me if I had received it. I was very upset and no apologies what so ever. Funny thing is rents keep going up yet no improvements are being made. Covered parking is definitely necessary. The garage doors have recently been painted, I hope this is a start to more improvements to come. I am looking for a new apartment complex tomove to now because the Domaine seems to be the most expensive but yet they fail to set themselves apart from the rest. I cannot justify paying high rents for sub par service anymore.

be like everyone in ohio, file a class action law suite,they have 42 of them pending on them now in ohio,i use to work for them in ohio an they are a bunch of cheap a@@ people.the maintenance techs are only aloud to have one part of everything in stock.

Thank you to Renegade and bert5771 for responding to my review on 9/17/06. I know that I am not alone in how I feel. The management and property keep going down hill every day. Another thing I might mention, the office staff and manager are so adiment about us picking up the mess after our dogs - if that is the case, then why don't they have more stations around the property? ...and why is it that everytime I go to pull a bag to pick up my dog's mess, there is never a bag available? The station is completely empty. Go figure! Furthermore, the gates do not work properly, as I have just recently seen someone's car hit by the gate while the driver was passing through. Of course, they do not want to accept any accountability! I tell you - it's one negative thing after another with this property, their staff, and The Connor Group. Have you guys experienced a huge gnat, ant and bug problem around here? They don't offer any kind of pest control at all. Oh, and my sprinkler system does not even work. I have mud and weeds as my yard and landscaping. How nice is that? Signed - "Anonymous" The Connor Group and the staff suck!

bert5771, although I have never worked for the Connor Group, I have been a property manager in Ohio for many years. I have never heard so many bad things about any one company as I have about the Connor Group. If you are a renter I would advise you to steer clear of any Connor property and if you are looking for work in the property management field to also steer clear.
