I have lived here over two years.
The electricity bills average $400 to $600 per month.
One month I was not even there, everything but the fridge was off with the thermostat set at 80 and my bill was $120.
I currently have a neighbor that walks like an elephant yet they will not do anything with her! I have filed 3 police reports but she is still there! Now I am finally moving out.
Did you know you must pay the full months rent even though you might only be staying a few days' They supposedly will issue a refund to you after you have turned in your keys.
The floor plans are nice and so is the staff, but once an issue goes to management - forget it! You will be very frustrated with the lack of service you receive.

I wasn't aware that you could file a police report on someone for walking......intresting I will have to look in to that!! As far as your electric bills go, I live at the Domaine and have had some high bills with a certain electric company....once I switched to a cheaper one, my bills went down over 40%. Maybe you should consider your options when choosing your next electric company!!

Did I say walking? I meant stomping. You know back and forth and back and forth. Especially between the hours of midnight at six AM. And, yes the police call that disturbing the peace!
