Break-ins/ Assults - DO NOT MOVE HERE...

Please do not move here.
Just last week (8/1 or 8/2)), a lady was assulted in her apartment during the middle of the day.
NO notices have been sent out as of today to notify us of this.
When they are asked about the assult they either said, "we are not aware of any assult" or say that "it never happened".
Now I know for a fact that she was assulted since the police office came up my boyfriend and I asking us if we saw a man in a red shirt and blue jeans, with latex gloves on, and the following day there were several police units at the front office.
And not only that crime scene tech's taped off her apartment were processing her apartment for hours.
About 5 months ago there were several ladies within the complex that received a letter on their car stating that there was a "Rapist in the complex" and gave a phone number.
Turned out that the number that was on the letter was a man that lived in the complex but was NOT on the lease, and to this day he still lives in the complex.
The Police said that they beleive that the person who left the note was probably "call girl" and was up upset becuase he didnt pay her what she wanted to be paid for her services.

Thank God my lease is up soon.
