I have lived here since November 2006, and have been pretty happy. I have read some of the other reviews, and yes, some floorplans designs make electric bills a bit high. And yes, they need to update the fitness center with new equipment, especially the treadmills. But as far as management and leasing and maintenance, they are great. I have never had an issue that wasn't attended to within 24 hours. I locked myself out after hours, and one of the guys came back to the property to let me in (on his own time). The girls are pleasant, friendly, and will do what they can to help. I never hear any neighbors (which is a HUGE plus for living in an apartment) and overall, I feel they do a good job.

No way anyone should rent this apartment! You are on your way to get headaches if you havent already....
