This is not a great place to live, as someone keeps saying over and over again in the reviews. It's probably the same person stating that but with a different username each time. Who are you trying to kid there buddy' Look all around you, open your eyes, and you will see this place has gone so far downhill, it's pathetic.

My car was recently broken into, thankfully, I had nothing in it for the intruders to take. They were obviously looking for anything and everything they could get their hands on because they opened everything they could...even my gas tank (possibly looking for a key, and of course, money). It's a damn shame I can't go home to a safe and secure place, especially paying the amount of rent I pay. I don't even feel safe during the day, that's how bad it's gotten. I have never heard and seen of so many assaults and break-ins in one complex in my lifetime. Mailbox always being broken into, assaults happening at all hours of the day and night, and breaking into cars and apartments. The Management seems to be allowing just anyone to live in this complex. No telling who we have among us and what type of background they have.

I am more than ready to move out of here. I cannot wait until my lease is up. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this community!

I checked with the Plano police department today after reading your review. The were actually quite amused at your rantings. I would encourage others to get credible information before making a decision based on this review. The police know about assualt or apartment break-ins. Yes a couple of cares have been vandalized. That is pretty common in the majority of apartment complexes. Why don't you find another medium to let loose your rage and misery at life.

HaHa who actually calls the PD over a ranting in a blog! Prolly someone who has a miserable life! I live in the next complex over at Creekside. I have never seen or heard about anyones car thats has been broken into but that doesn't mean its not safe. I have on multiple occasions seen people drive through the parking lot suspiciously look at peoples cars and drive right back out the gate (my unit is near the front gate). Could be the lighting, the open design of the parking that deter people from commiting crime. There can be several reasons. The OP has all rights to his/her opinion about anything. This isnt a place to question anyones credibility because they dont share your views!
