I work in the office and ask anyone considering moving here to think,we have 270 apartments.

If even 10 people have had a bad expeience that still leaves you 260 that are not.

Even though we pride ourselves on customer service, you are always going to have some people somewhere that are impossible to keep happy.

That means there is 96% of residents you dont here from.

Apt ratings is a great forum.

Unfortunatly people that are happy with where they live dont go out of there way to let people know, only the unhappy ones.

Dont let someone make the decision for you.

See for yourself!!!!

I agree! Alyssa is a joke of a manager and the most unprofessional I've ever known. Bottom line...rent here and you WILL regret it!

Call Plano Police Department and the City of Plano and do an open records requests and trust me - after you review the records - you will NEVER sign a lease here. The fact that there own staff is reading and responding to this is hilarious!!

Ha you seriously think you pride yourself on customer service? I attempted to inquire about their apartments. The leasing agent I worked with had a bag of jelly bellies spilt across her desk and her blouse kept falling off her shoulder as we spoke. I guess it was trying to escape. She made it seem as though I was wasting her time asking about the prices. When she informed me they did not have an available unit for me to see I asked if we could tour the grounds at least so I could get a feel for the community. She did not obliged my request. If thats your idea of quality customer service I believe you need to reevaluate your standards

I think the numbers are 260 people unhappy out of 270. You work there and want to get the recommended rating high so that u can earn commission. People dont get fooled by rude people in the office. Manager Alyssa is the rudest so far. She is a joke!!!!

When somone puts in a work order request they should not have to do it multiple times for someone to come fix the problem. I will fight until the bitter end in small claims court if the Domaine is going to try and charge me for problems with the apartment when I leave. I even understand the Domaine keeping the security deposit for fresh paint etc. but if I get stuck with a bill I will fight just in spite.

Funny how the office personnel is the only ones that put up a positive review here, when it is the residents that really matter. Of course they will say nice things it affects their jobs and bonuses.
