Eastside Village Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   this was probably the most horrible place i have ever lived. constant noise from traffic, fire station and police station right now down the street. this was a brand new apartment when i moved in, so i thought everything would work properly...WRONG! i had a leaky roof, no heat/air, no hot water, at one point no electricity. maintenance was very slow to respond, and had to make numberous trips to fix the problems. the fire alarms go off all the time if there is a bad thunderstorm. once it went off at 1:30am, and wasn't turned off until 1pm the next day. the fire department came, and even they couldn't get it turned off. the management is courteous, but extremely disorganized! forget if you have noisy neighbors, they won't do anything about it. park isn't that great either. part of the garage is for public parking. the garage is very narrow, so you almost run into another car everytime you turn a corner. the parking spaces are very small and compact. the pool here is almost non-existent. do yourself a favor and don't move here!!
