Eastside Village Apartments

Too much negativity! From: leisuregirl Date posted: 5/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have to say that in today's age, there are too many people focusing on being negative instead of positive. I have lived at Eastside Village for almost 2 years now and I have to say I love it here. This is my second apartment at this community and I've never had to call the office for more than an occasional maintenance call. I would also like to say that this is a very unique property. It's not your typical garden style apartment. You have the convenience of living above shops and being within walking distance of a coffee shop, spa, restaurants, nail salon, a park (which the city is renovating), walking distance to the Dart light rail and a theatre where you can see plays. They also have live bands that play in the park from time to time. There's always going to be someone with something bad to say. I would also like to address the alarm incident. The time it went off for a long time was because it was hit by lightening. That's why it took so long to shut it off...and it was early morning when it happened not 1:30. It was a holiday weekend.....why didn't this person have somewhere to go' They do not go off all the time...like I said I have lived here since this community opened. I also love the fact that I'm close to the police and fire dpt. It makes me feel warm and cozy to know these guys are in shouting distance from us! The management is awesome! As for the people who have those kind of complaints....get a grip! They're not here to babysit everyone. So in closing........I LOVE THIS PLACE! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! I have no intention on leaving any time soon. I can't wait for the rest of the retail and restaurants to go in! This is such a fun place to live!!!!!!!
