Unfortuately I have lived in apartments way too long and I am sorry I did not know about this little gem of a website. I have lived in numerous apts and this one by far out weighs the others. In reading the other responses all I can say is that apartment living is too many people in too small a space. I believe that is why we all struggle to buy a home, until then I think the staff is doing the best job possible considering the elements they are dealt!
We need to keep in mind when reading the complaints...consider the source.
