The management of East Side Village are the worst people on this planet that you will come across. Their bottomline policy is cater the new customer, forget the residents. I've lived here since January of 2003. It was the closest place from my work then. But now that i have other options nearby, i will move out. Future Residents : BEWARE. Don't get fooled by the glitter and the new-age architecture. Afterall, you want something that gives peace in the night when you sleep, not trash smell near your patio, constant 3am car alarms going on because somebody's muffler is out when he passes by, apartment mgrs and staff are the most unearthly rude people here (*trashy people), there is a serious problem with the homeless who come from the nearby train station and yes...the plano police, those b@#$%^&* think they own this city, and go on giving parking tickets for slightest violations to your friends/families who come to see you. Stay out of this place. I pay almost $900(includes rent garbage high speed internet txu), at about 30% cheaper, you will find good places in East Plano/ Richardson, near renner rd and campell area.
