When I first moved to Eastside in 2004, it was delightful. The Lincoln Property Company did a wonderful job managing the place. In fact, I moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom upgraded apartment over the course of my three years with Eastside.
Then Pinnacle took over, and it was a different story. The first management (Melody) seemed like a hoot, but need any assistance, and she was deafer than a doorknob. The rest of the office staff was useless as well - just a bunch of turnover and a pain to deal with.
When renting, the #1 thing to make your living enjoyable is a competent and responsive landlord (or landlord's agent). In the case of Eastside Village, you don't get either anymore.
There are better places to live for a lot less money. For what you're paying at Eastside, its not worth you time, money, or hassle.
I lived in Eastside from April 2004 through June 2007.

Plzzzzz...get a life. You lived there from 2004 to 2007 and you just wrote a review (8-09)...get a life! What point are you trying to make regarding Melody? I've got a suggestion for you. Proofread your emails prior to posting.
