I have been reading all the reviews and can do nothing but laugh. What do people expect when they decide to live in an urban apartment. I guess they have never lived in New York or any other large city. I lived in Eastside for a full year and loved everything that it had to offer. I expected the street noise and lights, as I knew that I had decided to live in an urban apartment.
All that said, there are two complaints. First, the majority of the residents do not care about where they live. They throw trash out in the hall, allow their animals to do whatever in the halls and should I add they do whatever they want in the halls. And do nothing to clean-up after themselves, yet decide to complaine about. I would always see maintenance trying to keep the complex clean. I don't know how they keep up with everyone, but they always were able to keep the place clean. Secondly, I do have to agree the parking spaces are too tight and because there are residents that don't care about not only their own property but others, don't expect too much when parking your car in the garage. I don't know how many door dings I got from people that just don't care.
Overall I really enjoyed the atmosphere the complex has to offer. Out of all the apartments that I lived in I would have to rate this the highest.
Remember when reading the other ratings, this is an urban living place, and it has all the offerings of an urban living complex.
