i just moved in a couple of weeks ago and i couldn't be happier - this place is a swell alternative and extremely similar to other urban communities in dfw like the west village in dallas or addison circle in addison.
i feel tons safer here than i did in the last place i lived. the apartment is just the right size, and the big windows in each room are fab-u-lous (even though not the bestest view). i am on the third floor and besides seeing them in the hallways, you wouldn't know that i have neighbors; it's that quiet.
sure there is traffic noise and other "urban" aspects that you don't have with a traditional, boring apartment, but these things are not detriments at all, they are what give this place a really special and distinct personality.
the staff is great and awesome. i havent had any problems yet, but the registration and move-in process was a breeze. they even recommended a moving company which ended up saving me a good deal of money than if i had found someone myself.
my only complaint is that i wish more people my age (28) lived here, maybe they do but it seems to be a little older crowd which is surprising for such a new and modern building.
this place is neat-o.
