i am shopping for appt. i saw nicer ones and newer built, in the same 3-5 mile vicinity. good luck on a 2 BR price!! Also, did my own little survey, and car noise is a serious problem everynight, with alarms going off and they echo straight to your bedroom. thanks to the current tenant, she's waiting out the lease. not a happy customer, is she !!
