I like my apartment and have just renewed my 2nd lease. They have honored my original special both times and you can't beat that!

That's interesting that they kept your same rent. My was raised and they did nothing when asked if it could remain the same....and judging by the date of your review, we'd be renewing at similar times. I might do a little checking on this...
