This complex is awful.. their staff is terrible and the manager, Collin is very unqualified for the job. He is very unwilling to work with anyone on anything. and the move out charges are outrageous. if you have an emergency situation arise and need to move out. think twice before you move in to this complex. it will cost you thousands to get out of your lease. AND THE GARAGE IS WAY TOO SMALL!! The windows are cheap and you can hear the traffic like it was in your room.

the only reason this review is negative is because of this person's "emergency" situation which prompted a quick exit - this review says nothing about the apartments themselves (which are roomy, secure, and with some great extras) - sure you're going to hear traffic noises, this complex is in the middle of downtown plano, not in the quiet boring suburbs. this apartment is swell!

I hear ya! Managment is really unfortunate. They are kind of snooty and rude once you become a resident. I had issues with neighbors causing noise issues and I was unable to sleep. They were mad at me for complaining. The complex really went down after I moved in. It is not kept as sanitary as it should be. There were spills all over the halls in my building, however, the nine months I lived there, the halls were never swept nor mopped. I finally got fed up and bought a home. I encourage all those who are frustrated with apt living to buy a home! It is so worth it--no more sharing walls with neighbors, dealing with rude management waiting to screw you over, etc..
