This place is ok if you donāt mind sirens, trains, those cars that go boom; compact parking spaces, door dings, the SBC/ATT tv-phone-internet monopoly and management that could care less after you sign the lease. If you can live with all that, DART is almost worth it. I know I'm out!
Have Fun!

I'm not sure you can blame sirens, cars, etc, on the complex - a little survey of the neighborhood prior to renting would have made it obvious that there are train tracks and a major fire department and police department within a couple of blocks. On the other hand, the parking garage is a menace. I've had 2 major damages to my car here, both most likely related to the tight little parking spots (neither one with me driving, by the way!) Management doesn't seem interested in car damage - or anything else, really. It takes several attempts to get an email answer on anything.
The SBC/ATT thing is definitely a negative - lack of competition definitely breeds comtempt from the Internet service side of that company.
I think more cameras in the parking garage would help the car damage issue - at least people would leave a note and pay for damage if they knew they were videoed damaging your vehicle. Cameras on the pools would be good too - some pretty inappropriate activity goes on out there some evenings after 10:00!
I like the maintenance guys.
