Current resident in phase 1. New management yet to show me anything. The facility has actually regressed. Hours have been taken off the office, no idea when they are open or closed. The building is no longer secured by fob keys and the parking garage gate has been OPEN since new management has arrived.
Plus's REGARDLESS of management.
-Phase one is hardly noisy weather it be neighbors or cars etc.
-It is kept considerbly clean
-I have yet to report any maintenance problems regarding my UNIT.
However my main reason moving here was the extra security entrance through the fob-key system.. and the limited access parking garage. Both were were working fine PRIOR to management change. I will update.

i agree, things have gone downhill - first security, what's next maintenance? it's a slippery slope. i have lived here for 3 years and one reason i moved here was the security (key fob and garage gate) both of which seemed to have "vanished" once the new regime came in.
