This is probably the best of 4 apartments I've lived in around the Plano area. I think I was lucky to get an apartment in Phase 1 where the people are generally very quiet. I've never had a problem with noise, except for the occasional car alarm, and the amenities are excellent. It's a beautiful area, and my friends are always complimenting me on how nice it looks on the outside. Management has been very prompt in answering questions and making sure things are in order, but honestly I haven't had to deal with them much. My only complaint is a giant street lamp that's about four feet away from my bedroom window...it doesnt get very dark in my bedroom.
