I have lived at Eastside for 3.5 years now. I truly love my apartment but hate the complex. We have new management as of March and the rates have increase by $150 for the same thing. The quality of the buildings have gone down. The hallways are trashy and are in need of a serious paint job. The walls in the apartments are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. Have had several problems with security. Last year a woman was attacked leaving her apartment and a few months ago a woman stabbed another woman in the garage. Several cars have been vandalized and we have security gates that are always broken. The halls are noisy and you constantly hear kids running up and down the hallways. Maintenance is very good and if you need something taken care of they will do it right away. Noise level is ridiculous and the office never does anything about. Called the police several times and nothing is ever done. Their is so much trash in the hallways it is disgusting. Their are tons of cigarette butt all over the floors and it's illegal to smoke in the halls but they won't do anything about it to stop this from happening. Parking sucks. If you come home after 10 good luck finding a place to park. Overall, my experience here has been terrible and I will not be renewing my lease.

Anonymous above and I must live in the same hallway because mine is also always full of trash, especially beer cans, liquor bottles and cigarette butts. My hallway also has severe water damage. The fire extinguishers disappeared months ago and have not been replaced. I renewed my lease because I love the area, the convenience and the new management company's promises, but now the building is in worse shape than ever.
