Eastside Village is one of the worst apartments I have lived at in the DFW Area. In addition to being extremely noisy, the apartments constantly reek of garbage, especially in the summer. I moved to Plano because I assumed it would be safer than living in Dallas, and promptly had my bike stolen. There are constantly transients in the area because of the Dart rail, and during the year I lived at Eastside Village, a female tenant was attacked on her way to the gym in the morning, and a female was stabbed in the parking garage. I typically work out in the early morning, and on several occasions I went into one of the gym facilities to find homeless people drinking and sleeping in the gym. The gym equipment is always broken. One washer and one dryer for an entire building, and the machines barely work. For such an expensive apartment, I was seriously disappointed in the quality of living.

I want to say that I workout in the gym as well and I have never seen homeless people on there. I'm wondering if this is the same person that caused Chaos outside of the front office by passing out flyers...EXTREMELY RUDE AND SHOWS YOUR CHARACTER!!!
Eastside is amazing and I feel very safe here. STOP CAUSING PROBLEMS FOR THE REST OF US!!
