moved out after 4 years From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007 1 response   When we first moved in, it was great, problems yes, but helpful office staff and an excellent maintenance -- but new managment in the last year, and the great maintenance was gone. Then the rats came (big ones drawn to the smell of garbage, we had break ins, a rape, my patio and storage units were broken into more than once, and the staff was unconcencerned at best. We moved out of there as soon as our last lease was up. To be honest, they said they were working on the problems, and that the horrible smell was the bait they put out to kill the rats. I heard that they were going to paint the place. You could smell cigarette smoke through the laundry vents, every step from above could be heard and felt, and the damn smoked detectors went off all the time.
