Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I lived here for a little over a year, and I thought it was great! The Location is really accessible. The price was reasonable for what you get. The location next to the Dart rail really helped me alot with getting to and from work, I didn't have to mess with Dallas traffic. If it weren't for getting another job offer further away, I would have renewed my lease in a heartbeat.
